During the initial year following your purchase, Joyce and Gems takes full responsibility for correcting any manufacturing or quality-related issues at absolutely no cost to you. In the event that such concerns arise between the second and fifth years from the date of delivery, we proudly invite you to send any piece in for thorough inspection. Should our expert evaluation reveal any damages attributed to manufacturing defects or quality-related issues, Joyce and Gems will promptly proceed with repairs without incurring any expense on your part. Please note that any work performed by 3rd party jewelers will result in a void and cancellation of your warranty.
For damages resulting from normal wear and tear during the second to fifth years, a nominal fee will be determined based on a meticulous assessment by our skilled Jewelers in NYC’s Diamond District. Upon determination of the Repair Fee, a dedicated representative from Joyce and Gems will promptly reach out to you for seamless payment processing.
Even after the initial 5-year period has elapsed, our commitment to your satisfaction remains unwavering. Beyond the fifth year from the date of delivery, Joyce and Gems will continue to assist you with any necessary repairs. Please note that during this extended period, a reasonable fee, applicable tax, and a $25 shipping charge will be incurred.
