Lead Times
We take pride in crafting your new heirloom from start to finish. Our standard lead times ensure careful attention to every detail, and rest assured- we're dedicated to surpassing estimated project timelines whenever possible. If you require a rush order, please don't hesitate to contact us & we will do our absolute best to accommodate. Your satisfaction is our priority
Payment
Upon selecting your diamond & desired setting, a 50% deposit is required within 24-48 hours. Payment options include wire transfer, ACH, Cashier’s Check, or Credit Card, alongside enticing financing choices. If you have any questions or are ready to initiate your ring journey, please email info@JoyceandGems.com. The remaining 50% is due before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
We will email you with tracking information as soon as your piece is complete. All jewelry purchases require SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. Purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with your package being returned to us due to failed delivery. Average shipping times are listed below. Please note that our processing times still apply.
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays).
- FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*.
*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Ring Concierge is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.
Joyce & Gems Warranty
At Joyce & Gems, we proudly stand by the craftsmanship of our creations. We extend complimentary lifetime spa service for your piece which includes a steam cleaning and inspection/tightening of any prongs. Our warranty also includes complimentary replacement of up to (5) stones of any pavé stones up to 1.4mm that may become loose.
It's important to understand that this warranty does not extend to issues resulting from regular wear and tear, which may include scratches, dents, reshaping of bands, or cracked stones. Additionally, we regret to inform you that the warranty does not cover any loss or theft of the jewelry. Please be aware that any alterations or repairs conducted by external sources other than Joyce & Gems will render this warranty null and void. Moreover, while we take utmost care, we cannot be held liable for the loss of stones, especially center stones. We strongly recommend considering jewelry insurance to safeguard your cherished pieces for years to come.
